The product guide outlineSociety6 is a big pile of dog...s that show…

The product guide outlines that show where the design goes on the product are missing after working on the site for just 1 day. Also, there is a gray box with an x in the middle for one of my designs. Wrote them to ask about it and they came back with some lame 'it will change in 24 hours'. It's days later and the same dog mess is still there!

Useless company - lack of care

I ordered an art print, and the way they packaged it demonstrated a complete lack of care. They don't give a damn how their product shows up to you. Seriously they packaged it in a manner that guaranteed it'd arrive damaged. I just can't imagine being so bad at my job and not caring. Absolutely worthless company.

Took 12 days for my order to arrive

Took 12 days for my order to arrive, and I paid for shipping. Not like it was free shipping when you can expect it's going to take a bit longer. Outrageous.

Crushed in Shipping. Refused to honor new pricing and replace product.

Product not properly protected and wrapped for shipping. Poster rolled in a sheet of paper and one piece of tape. Paper rolled over on the ends of the poster, crunching the ends of the poster. Put into a soft triangular box and held together with one piece of tape. Entire poster crushed in transit. Why a hard tube wasn't used is beyond my understanding. Asked for a replacement. The poster was then discounted and Society6 refused to honor the new price. They then said they would refund me and send a new poster, but "it was lost" after they created a UPS label for it. I gave up. Their customer service is awful and condescending. They don't honor new pricing. They FAIL at wrapping their products to protect them. Their artist lost out on a profit. What an entire waste of time and energy.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Purchases a backpack for my son, it said "GET IT BY MONDAY" so I paid the ridiculous shopping fee with the promise I would "GET IT BY MONDAY" it didn't come, it came late and WAS THE WORST QUALITY of any backpack I've ever seen. Should have just bought a $5 one from WALMART. Then try to return it and THEY refuse to admit that they were wrong in
Telling me that I would get it by MONDAY & that I forgot to take in account PROCESSING. So I was apparently supposed to ADD 3 more day to the "GET IT BY DATE". The costumer service person was only available through EMAIL. Can not FIND A PHONE # to call. HE WAS so rude & condescending like I was the one at FAULT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've never left a review before but this company deserves to be seen for what they truly are! BE AWARE- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE % = RED FLAG!

Low Quality Prints

The print they delivered was color dot matrix quality not lithograph. To their credit, they issued a full refund quickly when contacted. Although I appreciate their responsiveness, I would not order a print from them again.

Uncomfortable & lumpy outdoor throw pillows

I purchased two outdoor throw pillows. Shipping speed was fine. The pillows were a disappointment. They are supposed to be 16” square but are 15”, so considerably smaller than my other throw pillows. The colors are vibrant but the fabric is the typical rough outdoor fabric. I have other outdoor pillows from Pier 1 that are a nice soft fabric that do not mildew that cost less than these ones. The pillow has to be inserted into the cover and seems too large for it. The cover is not rounded resulting in a flat, overstuffed and lumpy pillow—not comfortable at all. I did not bother returning them but would have if it were a local store. I do not recommend these pillows. I suggest looking for outdoor throw pillows on Walmart.com. I purchased three much better and less expensive ones there. And I find it sketchy that you can’t leave reviews on Society6’s website.

Absolutely TERRIBLE shipping methods!

I bought an item from Society6 over 12 days ago and I still haven't received it. Do not order from this company unless you don't mind waiting and waiting and waiting.

I'm delighted with my purchases from…

I'm delighted with my purchases from Society 6. My Doylestown, PA home features pillows, framed art, etc. from this site. If you think you're order is slow in coming, you might look to the U.S. Postal Service as the culprit. I've gotten many compliments regarding art from Society 6 displayed on my walls, in throw pillows, etc.

Hello Society6... I have two shops with your service, but am very frustrated because it takes so long to get a response when I ask a question. You really need to have a contact phone number so we can speak with a person if we have questions! I just uploaded two pieces into my shop - Petunchkin designs - and am wondering why they are not appearing in my shop or coming up in the most direct search? Are you having technical difficulties? How long does it take before I should see an uploaded piece appear in my shop or come up in a search?

Not an answer, but... I just had an issue where a piece randomly disappeared from my shop and googled to see if any other artists had this issue. It was there last night ( I even had a notification that someone promoted it) and gone this morning.?
